A change in leadership at Plan C

After years of leading Plan C through its start-up years and into a new phase of growth, Jean Renouf has made the decision to step down as CEO.

Under Jean’s leadership, Plan C has grown from a bold idea into a trusted organisation grounded in care, community, and resilience. He’s helped lay the foundation for what we’ve become, and this year, as we’ve shifted from start-up to scale-up, Jean has helped steer us through a time of change, expansion, and new possibilities.

This is not a farewell. Jean remains CEO until a new one is recruited and will then stay on as a Chair of the board. He will also continue to support Plan C’s work, including facilitating workshops and offering guidance when needed. But he’s also feeling called to spread his wings and take on new opportunities to make an impact beyond Plan C... and we’re excited to see what’s ahead for him!

We are now beginning the process of finding a new CEO to lead us into this next chapter. It’s an opportunity to bring in someone who shares our values and vision, and who can help shape the future of Plan C as we continue to grow and serve our communities.

We’re deeply grateful to Jean for all he’s brought to this role, and equally grateful that he’s staying close.
