We're halfway through term 3 at Mullum High

Get in touch now for term 4 at your school!

Year 11 have loved stepping up to learn hands-on disaster preparedness skills with Plan C. From tackling misinformation and division online to how to help your mates with psychological first aid and learning how to build shelters and survive out in the bush!

The energy, ideas, and resilience shown so far has been inspiring.

Check out this short video celebrating our journey in Term 3 so far and hear from the students of Mullum and their Student Support Officer, Dusty!

Surviving Disasters is about equipping the next generation with confidence and practical tools for floods, bushfires, and beyond. It’s also about resilience and community building and as Dusty says in the video, it aligns so well with the curriculum and what our kids need in these uncertain times.

We’re now looking to bring the program to more schools and youth services across the Northern Rivers.

If your school, youth group, or service wants to get involved, reach out to us at Plan C to find a way Surviving Disasters can work for your group of future leaders!

We have spots available for Term 4 and early 2026 so get in touch now:
