Community Carers and Responders
A huge congratulations to our latest cohort of Community Carer and Responder (CCR) graduates from Main Arm! These amazing individuals have completed their training, now equipped with the skills and knowledge to lead and support their communities through disasters.
This vibrant group left the training ready to launch a local community resilience group—and we can’t wait to see where they take it. They brought diverse perspectives and rich lived experiences to the table. A special shout-out to MADR (Main Arm Disaster Recovery) for smoothly organising the logistics of the workshops and sharing their own inspiring experiences with the participants.
We’re so proud of their dedication to building a more resilient and connected region. Here's to the positive impact they'll create!
Check out this touching feedback:
"Super efficient and refined program brilliantly delivered. Great combo of info, skills and personal community focus."
"Gentle, sensitive, interactive, beautifully led. Good balance of teaching + connecting"
Keep an eye on our events page for upcoming CCR training opportunities. We’ve confirmed Clunes in September and Byron in November, with more dates and locations on the way soon!
