September: Preparing with Pride
Preparing with Pride is a series of Sunday workshops in Lismore for LGBTQIA+ community and their supportive allies.
Partnering with our friends at The Tropical Fruits Inc, join Plan C in September for a 3-part LGBTQIA+ community disaster resilience series funded by a Northern Rivers Community Foundation Community Grant.
We’ll explore these topics through a queer lens:
September 14th - Psychological First Aid in Crises
September 21st - Understanding Risks & Disaster Prep
September 28th - Working with Official Agencies during Crises
When: 1 PM – 3 PM
Where: Tropical Fruits, 4 Carrington St, Lismore
Light snacks provided, Wheelchair accessible, Auslan available on request.
Together, we’ll build skills, share experiences, and strengthen our community in a safe, inclusive space.
